Offshore Outsourcing Users' Group

The Offshore Outsourcing Users' Group has been established to enable people and organisations involved in the purchase and operation of business services provided by offshore suppliers to exchange information, advice, and establish best practises.

Our initial objectives are:

• Publicise this group within the Offshore Outsourcing Users' community
• Agree modus operandi for this user group
• Create a framework enabling Offshore Outsourcing Users to exchange information
• Determine key topics of interest, and arrange regular presentations and meetings
• Establish guidelines and document best practise

This group is not intended as a platform for Vendors, and membership by vendor organisations is to be discouraged. This is to enable the participants to have a free and frank exchange of information and their experiences of the challenges and opportunities Offshore Outsourcing provides.

Membership from all those involved in the various offshore business domains and activities is welcomed and encouraged:

• Business Process Outsourcing
• Call Centres
• Manufacturing
• Research and Development
• Software Development and IT Outsourcing.
